If you had a niece or a daughter, would you say those things to her? Surely not! I encourage you to watch the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know?” and learn from the main character how to change your opinion about yourself! I say that because I watched it a few decades ago and it helped me a lot! Love you❣️😘
