What the douce!?
So, in the space of about 2 months, I have found out that two friends are engaged, and one just got married, like, yesterday. I am quite happy that I am invited to the other two weddings (one is Germany, and the couple is flying me out!!)
Unfortunately, all three friends have the following properties in common:
1. They are women.
2. I have slept with them.
3. I ONLY slept with them once.
4. I dated them (well, more or less)
Of course it is not strange per se that women I have slept with are getting married, but the fact that it is so many all at once is disconcerting. Until fairly recently, I had dreams of hooking up with them all again.
Oh life.
