Do some stretching.
You can easily activate them during the day by doing stretching while: watching SG, standing in a line, or talking on the phone. Moderate stretching can promote a rush of blood to numb and numb organs. During stretching, *endorphin is actively produced!

I’m a big advocate for stretching!! Never get out of bed before bringing yours knees to your chest to slowly stretch out the lower back…….so important 💪🏻
