Learn to say “no”
The ability to say “no" is an integral part of a healthy, fulfilling and purposeful life. By saying no, you are not only learning to reject tasks once you have reached your limit. It also has to do with your ability not to be distracted in order to focus on your goal and dream.
Being able to say “no” will help you spend more time doing things that are really important in your life.

@MYSTICALCARESS Saying no means being honest. I don't really like to explain why I don't want to do something, but I believe this politeness makes up for the karmic consequences.

This is just the fact. Today humans are less likely to be honest ..... with others and with their self. The politeness often eases the mind of the recipiant of the "no".
