Be happy for others!
When we see others rejoicing, our brain perceives and interprets these emotions in a way that is understandable to itself at the level of feelings and emotions.
It is hard to find someone who sincerely rejoices in your happiness, your success, your good mood. When you express sincere joy for others, their emotions increase. When you share your joy with someone who is able to be happy for you, your feelings and emotions increase.
The feeling of acceptance and social approval is very important in our social life. We all need to find such people and be those people for others.
In general, be kind to everyone around you, as if you are at SG !šā¤ļø
