Yoga is a physical and mental practice that involves a series of postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. When you first start practicing yoga, you may feel self-conscious about how you look, but over time, you become more comfortable with it. I tried really hard to look graceful. And it took me a long time to learn the balance exercises. But overall I can say that it's become a regular thing for me...Once a week for sure. It really encourages the whole body to work in a more measured and relaxed way. The body deserves to be exercised.
What kind of exercises do you do? It doesn't have to be yoga. I do it at home, but where do you do it: at home, outdoors, at the gym or at classes?

You look fantastic doing yoga. I run and lift weights myself. I've desired to getting more into doing it mindfully, but it is very difficult to keep my motivation up without some good music. I once heard a quote, and I think it has some merit: If everyone moved their body (exercise) at least once per day, the need for antidepressants would diminish overnight. It makes sense, because movement (exercise) gives us the endorphins and other feel good chemicals. I love getting the "runner's high"
