Negative thoughts are often not related to real facts at all, we repeat them simply out of habit. Pay attention to what you think about in the morning on Monday or Sunday before going to bed. If you notice that the phrases "Nothing will work out", "Everything is bad", "I can't" and similar phrases often pop up, replace them with positive ones. For example, "I can do it", "Everything is fine", "I used to succeed and now I will succeed". This way you will control your thoughts and your mood, and not vice versa. I wish you all a good week ❤️

You give the "beauty of mindfulness" new meaning :-) I could not agree with you more with your words. This is the exact reason I got into mindfulness....well, actually it was so I could last longer in bed, but then I discovered its qualities for self awareness and have studied it ever since.
