I like to keep my body in good shape. I have a trainer with whom I train a couple of times a week. I also like to run and exercise in the morning. Sports helps me feel good and delight you with hot content. What is your favorite sport?

@headshot I did it for a short time, years ago, but a guy my size doing yoga can look pretty ridiculous. I’m not much for groups & couldn’t afford individual classes so either I was the smallest / youngest person in the class or the biggest & oldest 😬😳. Did wonders for my blood pressure, sugars, stress & anxiety though!

@skisby Yoga is like meditation. You need to free your thoughts and think only about how your body feels. Not about someone who might think something is funny or ridiculous. hardly anyone thinks. The main thing is that you think about yourself and how you feel better. Love yourself ❤️
