Haven't had cable or internet since Tuesday evening. We saw some guy in a blue truck climbing up the ladder to one of the telephone poles. No label on the truck, but the guy was wearing an orange vest. That night internet and cable were shut off. Today we just had Charter come out and inspect the issue since they couldn't reset us over the phone. The guy comes down the pole laughing. He then told me that someone was doing something illegal. Someone removed out cable and wired it into their house. We already know who it is, and are they in for it. But yeah, nice...if you see any service truck around any of the telephone poles in your area with our a labeled truck, take the license plate number down. So if something like this happens to you, you'll have some helpful information.
