Lot's of rushing about last night: going to see my friends band play in a tiny venue. They're called The Perishers. Not a very good name, and a bit indie for my tastes, but the fast tracks can be pretty good.
I like to go to their gigs to catch up with that group of friends: so it's always fun.
Today my whole department (all 5 of us) was interviewed by the management. This time tomorrow the department will number 3, and so I may be out of a job. As I mentioned yesterday: no big deal. I'm sure I'll find something else quickly, and I don't enjoy the job anyway.
I decided that I needed cheering up and went home via a record shop. It's one of those achingly trendy dance places that has flyers for clubs you've never heard of.
I did as I always do in that shop: head straight for the 7" vinyl section and pick out a couple of random records that have sleeves that look good. As you might expect they're stupidly over priced! I've had a quick listen: I prefer the one that sample the Dead Kennedys; "California Uber Alles", and the other one not only looks nice (see-thru red vinyl) but can be played at 33 and 45. I haven't decided which speed I prefer yet.

Ninja Tune are the best, are they not?!
I think yoga is inhale while assuming position, exhale while settling into and extending the position . . . but I could be very wrong. I haven't practiced with any yogis in a while.
Hope that fortune's tides bring you favor in the department of capitalist labor. *sending positive energy to new far off friend*
