Why has everyone decided that the weekend of the 18th is the weekend for events I want to attend? A book fair, a convention, and a museum I'm a member of has an event that weekend.
Yesterday, I went and caught to museum exhibits before they closed. The National Building Museum is always great fun; the inside of it is great. This was also the first time I'be been to the Textile Museum-it's really small, but judging from the stuff they've posted, they turn the exhibits over very rapidly.
Today, I need to gin up a few letters of complaint to straighten out a billing dispute. I'm hoping to get some prompt replies by compaling the sales tactics may have been illegal, and then send the letter to the CSR and the head lawyer. That should stir things up.
