I got in a set finally this weekend! Kaede shot me. It's been a while since I've been doing all the shooting lately. It was a lot of fun being on the other side for once!
This weekend was our Hazz Mat Burlesque show. It was sooo much fun! I was Captain America for one of mine. Here was my getup. I really want to shoot this one now.
Here is me, Seleena and Kaede back stage getting changed for our next performance. I did Superman and then my last one was a horror burlesque with one hell of a creepy mask. I LOVEEEEEE purge style masks so it was a must have for me.
After my Captain America I got so many high fives walking through the audience. That was a pretty cool feeling because I did more of a pop song for that one. I did American Idiot and made it more cutesy and fun.
My Purge horror I danced to You Only Live Once by Suicide Silence and the crow went nuts. People were windmilling and going ape shit. Then at the end the crowd all started doing gutturals and throwing up the horns. It was a very proud moment for me.
Now to get ready for our next expo booth. My art is gonna be at HEX Calgary which is our Horror Expo. I can't BLOODY wait!
