so starting in january, i've decided...i'm going back to school. cooking school, however.
cooking for rob the past couple times has reminded me of how much i love doing it. it's really the only thing that makes me happy. so imma be a chef. am not looking forward to learning how to butcher carcass. that's totally not my scene.
i'm hungry. there's no food in the house. and i'm suddenly inspired to create a masterpiece. i'm sure i'll have to resort to macguyver cooking. you know what that is right? grabbing random shit that's been sitting in your pantry for a while and putting it to good use. this is where canned food is your friend.
what's yr favorite dish/recipe? i need my skills to be challenged....push the culinary envelope. or at least mine.
