First off, big thanks to you guys who pledged me for the MS walk, my dinky little city raised over $55,000!! It was a totally shitty day, poured rain the entire time. Poor Warner couldn't get his ears warm for about an hour afterwards. Good thing we had him bundled up so most of him kept dry. People kept stopping up on the walk to say how he cute he was in his pink shirt and his "I'm walking for my granny" sign on his back. I didn't take the camera out due to the downpour, and I'm kicking myself for not taking one before we left the house. Anyway, here is a pic of me and my neice at last years walk, which was bright and sunny.


In other news, I decided not to quit my job afterall. I had just given my notice and a couple days later I had a big meeting with all the managers in the company like we do every month and I got ambushed by my ass. and general managers. They gushed over me for a bit, told me how valuable I was, and then made me an offer I couldn't refuse. So I accepted. 3 more days in my old branch and I will be moving on to another. I will actually be overseeing 3 stores now instaed of one, and no more reviews!!!! and I will now have the potential to work some major overtime which will be going straight to the Euro fund. I can't believe it's only 5 months away and I havn't started saving yet, only the tickets have been purchased. Which is the bulk of the expenses since we will be staying with family mostly. But Amsterdam has this way of making you spend money like water. Could be all the great weed and hash. No wonder most of my last trip pics didn't look familiar...
