You can use Lubriderm or Curel, no scent and no vitamin E, just the plain stuff. I'm not sure how many days after you get the tattoo though. You can ask in the Tattoo group.

Just make sure you're not allergic to lanolin, which is one of the main ingredients in Lubriderm and other lotions. I made that mistake once; it itches like hell. Don't keep it too goopy, either.
