I am on one of many new journeys in life. Sept 1st 2014 was a significant life changing event for SELF. I moved out and left my husband of 12 years. It was going to be an epic ride for sure. I faced things head on again in life and embraced my past and wasn't afraid of who I was. I finally was learning to be okay with what happened to me. I was ashamed and scared that people would find out and judge me. I decided I wasn't going to hide from my past and let it swallow me. I'm free now. And this is my new life. It's been one hell of a ride this last year. I have so much to be grateful and thankful for. Most of all... my will to let SELF free.

It's not selfish to out yourself first. It really makes sense.you need to be happy first, then everything else can call into place after.
