I got the CUTEST shoes at payless today. Converse style high tops with pink cupcakes and a cupcake recipe printed on them! Only 12 bucks!! There is no reason to buy a pair of shoes for more than 20 bucks.

went by that Burlington Coat store the other day -and the window said 85% off
