I have had my sleep inverted for a week (I sleep during the day and wake up around 5PM)... it leaves me unproductive and increases my anxiety, so I gathered all my forces to sleep early yesterday and wake up early today. The result was: I dreamed I was killing zombies and it made me wake up at 9AM(right now) hahahaha I think I've been watching a lot Van Helsing serie on Netflix 😹 And you? What did you dream about last night? ❤️

Like Lilja, I often dream about something I did that day, or thought about that day, but was not thinking about when I went to sleep. Apparently my brain decides that it liked that topic, and wants more. That is pretty much what I dreamt last night, just about this report I am writing for work. Occasionally, I will have dystopian dreams, kind of like the future scenes in Terminator, where everything looks sort of "ancient futuristic." What is interesting is that when I first started having those dreams in my late teens, I'd often be frozen and would get taken or blacked out early. Now, I am capable of a lot more action. I even led a team on a counter-attack once. Kind of like that Tom Cruise movie where he keeps starting from that same moment, over and over, but gets a little farther each time. But it has been a couple years since I had one of those.

Last night was all about me in the midst of a zombie apocalypse. In the dream I was accompanied with a younger girl, and some guy. We were fighting for survival the whole dream. Trying to find fuel for the vehicle we had, hunting for food, and of course trying to keep the zombies from ending us. These zombies were like the 28 Days Later/World War Z type. They could run! Maybe this COVID-19 stuff has my mind dreaming up situations like this? 🤷🏼♂️ Love the post!
