Here in Brazil we have a big brand called Havaianas and is known worldwide...
I consider this a Brazilian characteristic because here we all use it at home, it is a sign of comfort and relaxation inside your home - using flipflops.
Its ugly? For sure! But it's so soft and great for use at the pool and beach, even some moms call it 'respect' and have a great shot to shoot their son (it's sad but funny, every brazilian kid fears a havaianas flying or hitting his booty).
And without realizing it, right now I'm having my second coffee, wearing my havaianas and robe
to.
