Okay been stopping at my mums since about 6pm yesterday because the heating has broken at mine, and the part I'm getting shipped wont arrive at our house till tomorrow. But that's besides the point.
The point I am trying to make is I am stopping at my mums, and even having stopped in both of what are now the "spare" rooms in the house, during my childhood years, having them as "my room", sleeping in them down... It just doesn't feel like home.
Kind of strange really, that I feel like a "guest" in the house I grew up in. I'm not quite sure it's feeling I'm used to, or one that I'm ever going to get used to as such. I don't know it's a weird thing really.
It's probably down to the fact that the rooms look NOTHING like they do when I used to live here, but it's been 6+ years so I guess they're alowed to change but it's just... Unsettling some how.
