My friend Adam and I were in Seattle yesterday to get concert tickets, and decided to have a burrito with my friend Jane who I hadn't seen in half a year or so.
Somehow we got on the topic of the time when Rik and I were supposed to go to Portland but we didn't because Jane was puking in our bathroom because we drank too much ouzo, and she felt bad about it. And I said "That's okay, it was just Rik who lost friends." And then we laughed for about five minutes.

I wasn't aware that I was coming across as a quote/end quote "cool dude". I would have thought my long, rambling, awkward and geek-out fuelled journal entries would have more than banished any such misguided impressions.

I've heard it's good, but I haven't watched it because I suck at watching anything that isn't TNG or Comedy Central.
