So I fell off a ladder at work the other night. I thought I was pretty much okay, a few bumps and bruises, not too different from a regular night with RGIS. Turns out I have a hip contusion/strain, which isn't really THAT serious, but I can't bend and kneel and crouch and stoop and basically do my job for at least a couple days.
I got some Vicodin, but I'm not really into pills. I've spent too much of the past decade taking strong pills because I had to that I just can't find any enjoyment in it.
So now I have to "take it easy". I stopped at the grocery store on the way home and bought "taking it easy" food-- guacamole, fake-beef taquitos, chocolate soy milk, some other good stuff. It was probably over my ten pound lifting limit.
Being single is weird. Because who do you call when these things happen?

trevallion:
It was probably more of a "that Fight Club song is pretty cool" kind of yes.

and since I can't edit that, I'm going to add that I have a bad habit of claiming to like bands after only hearing one or two songs by them.
