Seriously though you guys! I've been getting paid to light fires for 20 years now, though as a Glass artist, you can never be an 'expert'.
There is always something new to learn, and you can ALWAYS make it better. That's what gives you the drive & momentum to keep making. The International glass community is very close knit, & very generous in sharing their knowledge. That's why the craft has been alive for a couple of thousand years!
It's fun as fuck, though you do get the odd burn on occasion..
And sometimes we use the equipment & fire for other stuff!
I don't want to gloat about my own artwork, because I've already written about it here & also a bit here too, & everywhere but this homework, 'What are you an expert in?' was too good to pass up @missy @lyxzen @rambo ❤️
