Dehydration, every Antarcticans worst nightmare. I never drank the stuff until I got here. I can do any where from 32 to 64 oz easily, and that does not include any other of the beverages. Me, personally, I take potassium tablets to counteract a ton of the affects that I find occur here. I had always taken them to help hangovers in the U.S. but here they seem full of uses....it varies from person to person. I've seen folks knock back 6 of the 32 oz water bottles in a work period. I've also seen people drink too much and get sick. Here it seems to be all about balance. My first season here, my main issue was sugar. I do not consume sugar hardly at all, but I found myself eating 4 hershey's bars in one sitting. Since I am allergic to most juices, I cannot get the sugar intake that everyone else can. For the most part, my body just suffers through that one. **shrug**
Long answer, and probably not exact.
