So recently I have been all about what makes me feel good. All my life i have been so considerate of others that i thpught I'd really dive in there, get to know the real demon inside. As conceded and vain as I am, I have a tendency to degrade my self. Lately what i have been repremanding my self for is my weight. I'm not over weight, but my body could use a little work in places, butt, hips, thighs, arms. The problem is this whole "working out " thing. I really don't have time to go to a gym when i have a full time job, catering to a spoiled feline and raising a 23 year old. Plus I LOVE my sleep. I came to a realization that my best option was sex and lots of it. Thats a work out in itself, cardio and toning. Ha the joy of sex should really just be an exercise book. My boyfriend and I incorporated squats, lunges, and the plank along with other exercise postions. Hell even a hand job can work the biceps, I just haven't figured out what the blow job is good for.
By the next night I'm Soo sore yet I just push through the pain. By the next week I'm dying, my vagina hurts, my legs hurt, my butt hurts! I'm thinking WOW this really works!!! My guy is getting totally ripped, maybe we should switch positions.I get off of my back and use him as the work out machine instead of lying there and taking it.
