Funny thing I heard today.
So as I was heading into work today, a bunch of tweens got on my bus and proceeded to sit next to me and be loud as fuck, as tweens are wont to do. Im not trying to listen to their vapid conversation, but its hard seeing as how kids like to scream at each other even when in close proximity to one another. Is it just a thing now, like Silly Bandz? Christ, I was never that loud in public when I was fucking twelve. Smarter too.
Anyway, so a few of the girls start going on about their parents and one girl says that her dad doesnt like her wearing nail polish. It is at this point that one of them proceeds to blurt out this gem:
"Your dad doesn't let you wear fingernail polish?
That's racist!"
After I stopped laughing openly at them, I realized that these children are the future democracy of my country. Fuck.
