ahhhhhh Thanksgiving.
I worked in the morning. It just opened my eyes to all the "REAL" things I should be thankfull for. There's a patient right now who's an older woman (around 70). She's intubated because she fell down 14 steps and broke her neck (among many other bones). Her daughter and son were there with her today. We had to take her for a CT scan in her bed. She's very very sick. I just felt so much compassion for her children. They'd been there all last night and weren't going to leave her. Just amazingly sweet people. I hope my kids will be like that when I'm old.

SO we all went to my mom's house and ate a TON. I even made my cavity maker cake for my mom's birthday wich was also today. We came home and Jay took a 2 hour nap!! I guess tommorrow Jay wants to cook our own Thanksgiving dinner. More power to him dude I'm not making it!
