I am addicted to Criminal Minds!
I've never watched it before and remember reading some where that some one loved it, I think it was on an SG blog and decided to procure it from the arrrrrrr internet..
Today, I wore some these sweet kicks!
I've been meaning to get some high cut ones with with the thin sole, as they are cheap and good for skipping and boxing in as they keep the foot flat and you don't need to fork out the price for actual boxing kicks... and if you're wearing prison grey's you look like Rocky!

I was at work regulating on my break, I normally wonder around talking to people, because ever since I quit smoking I have all this free time on my hand.
I was going to the cafe to get a Milo its a NZ thing, it's got a heart foundation tick and every thing! I don't drink coffee or tea so that's my thing..
As I was coming out of the lift, I saw a chick carrying boxes, she didn't have 2 or 3 to lift but like 20. I asked her if she needed a hand carrying them, you know many hands make light work. She was rather rude about it and just said heh, no thanks.. like i was trying to have sex with her, off the bat. Kiwi girls, always thinking like some one is trying to get into their pants...
Now I try and do a good dead every day, you know pay it forward styles. It could range from a number of things. giving some one at work a chocolate bar, which is generally what I do most days. Or give out free high 5's or hugs and stuff, or helping some one shift boxes that's why I asked.. a simple no thanks would have sufficed

I was thinking about taking a photo every day of the shoe's I wear for a couple of months then putting them into a slide show just for fun what do you guys reckon? I thought it would be pretty awesome..I have searched YouTube to see if some one has done it already I cant find anything like it..
Also thinking about growing a beard...
This is from tonight and that's 2 days with out shaving....
And I'm out!
