Healed from sickness, but seriously angry with my body. It's gotten to the point where if something I eat touched gluten in anyway, even briefly, I'm done for.

Plus side? Found some gluten-free waffles at Whole Foods that look fucking delicious. Apples & Cinnamon for the win.

Chicken soup. Zinc. Vitamin C. Take your vitamins. Drink lots of water. Stay away from Nyquil unless you absolutely have to take it to sleep. It has alcohol in it, which will just extend the duration of your symptoms....but it will knock you out for obvious reasons. Get plenty of rest. Force the fluids. Have you tried things like coldeeze? I wish I could help you more.
