Life comes at all of us pretty hard. We can't please everybody, and sometimes it's hard to judge what sets off some people and not others. "Crazies" are the ones who get set off by really small things.

Insomnia can be so frustrating, and such a drain.
It's a bit of an 'Old wives tale' but it might help.. fill a couple of large bowls with boiling water so that they're steaming, lay down comfortably with one at either side of your head so you can feel the warmth, and breathe deeply.
