started school. i gotta say, i have fallen in love with DePaul. i was fucking crazy for ever leaving chicago. this city is incredible. i mean, i can see the sears tower from one of my classes. i loves it so. i love my two Digital Cinema classes. first i have basics, and then i have screenwriting. monday and wednesday, i am in academia heaven.
there's a really cute girl in my math class. like, definition of adorable. here's hoping that she is single and that i grow a pair so i can ask her out.
my luck with women is notorious. notorious in the fact that i have none.
i want Garden State on dvd already. i thoroughly enjoyed myself during that movie, and listening to the soundtrack makes me want to watch it again.
dude, it's ridiculously sappy, but i gotta say, "I Just Don't Think I'll Ever Get Over You" by Colin Hay (that's right, Men at Work frontman) is the definition of my relationship with Amy. *le sigh*
this whole "bright side" thing is difficult, but here's hoping i keep it up

hey resident evil apocolypse was ok. it was about 10x better than the first. it had more of a feel for the game than the first one did.... but... Roger Ebert in the Chicago Sun-Times accompanies his review with this warning: "Parents: If you encounter teenagers who say they liked this movie, do not let them date your children."
