I'm home! HOORAY! oh man, i couldn't be happier right now. well, i could if amy, mark, and brian were home, but that'll come in time.
the past couple days have been great.
Saturday: woke up around 8 to move all my stuff out of the dorm room and load it into the cars for the ride home. that also went well. listened to Petty, KH, and U2 (which i haven't listened to in a while and should listen to more often). got home, took a shower without having to wear flip-flops (fucking disgusting dorm showers), and then called up some friends. john, pat, andrew, tom and i all went to go see Van Helsing. man that movie was terrible. worst dialogue ever, and yet it entertained the hell out of me. still not sure where i stand on it. after that we went to get some Browns Chicken *droooool* and then went back to john's to eat it and watch some MST3K. Space Mutiny may be the funniest episode ever. after that we sat around and watched some tv.
Sunday: mother's day, so i didn't go out. spent time at home with the folks. found out that Mark is going to DePaul so i'll have a 4th roommate for this year. and while it's super rad that mark is moving in with us, it's gonna be a lot harder for us to find a place with enough room for the 5 of us. oh well, i'm sure things will work out.
Monday: picked my sister up at the airport. watched Angel with her, and then she went to work. after that it was bbq at pat's house. my god it was amazing. i had a hot dog, a burger, and a steak topped with grilled mushrooms and red peppers *drooooool* after the barbecue, went to john's and watched tv.
today: possibly start the appartment search. that should be tedious and exciting at the same time. also, i just found out The Cure is gonna be touring this summer and they're totally coming to chicago! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

hmmm... i think i must see the cure in chicago!!! i dont think ill be able to see KH this month though. so you will have to fill me in on it.
