I had a super productive day and it felt like it was a harbinger of the next month.
Ever feel like you're on a real tear? My day started a little soft...a little dull... but I had to do a TV interview
for WGN in Chicago about "The Secret" and I needed to be on top of game.
So I did a little mental house cleaning on the way and managed to rebuild the day from scratch.
By the end of the day I had 4 more stand-up bookings than when I left the house.. a possible tour of Europe and am on my way to securing the rights to two projects that I want to make for myself. I could tell you which ones but I don't want someone to snag 'em first ;0)
---------------------------
"Charlie Weaver, Wally Cox, Paul Lynne.. DEAD, DEAD, DEAD! Apparently there was something a lot more mysterious about the secret square than we were ever lead to believe!" - Bobcat Goldthwait
---------------------------
I am a judge on "Funniest Mom in America" for Nick at Nite. I've been shooting it for the last month and it's been surpisingly fun. Roseanne is the Host and Kim Coles (Living Single) is the other judge. Personally I think I am the perfect judge for this because... you know... I'm a mom.... anyway it's a fun way to keep busy.
----------------------------
On a weird note, I got asked to perform as a stand-up at the International Mr. Leather Ball in Chicago. I don't know what they're expecting but if they want Michael Novotny telling jokes they are going to be very confused.
The only thing I need to figure out is how to do my Arnold Schwarzenegger impression in a Zipper Hood.
---------------------------
My band's Album was supposed to go up on iTunes today but the UPC number was entered with a SPACE in it and was rejected so it went back into the system and might take weeks to get up... GRRRRRR
when did I get an e-mail that it wasn't going up? ...er... today... so.... yeah... tick tock...
