i realized last night that the reason i can't fall asleep at night is because my bed feels empty. when i do finally fall asleep, i toss and turn. so i slept on the couch last night. not as comfy, but i think i slept better. so that's where i will be for a while, i think.
on the upside, i have lost 4 lbs this week! i have been pretty good at sticking to my diet and exercising. i want to walk twice a day, but with the restless nights, it has been hard getting up in the mornings. my body aches, but i love it!

From Texan to Texan, I have the same problem...I have gotten use to it, sometimes I just drive somewhere to sit and write...other times a glass of wine...but I think your right its just the empty bed...I hope it gets better.
