I'm stuck at work and can't get to SG to post, so I thought I'd try this
method.

I have to vent a little bit. I saw a promo for a new show on CBS... "Pirate
Master". Now, I LOVE pirates. I "Yarr!" with the best of 'em. But this
show is a fucking travesty.

It's "Survivor" on a boat. With pirate costumes. And dublooooons (as Mark
Burnett says).

A pirate costume does NOT make you a pirate.

If there was contests to rape, pillage, loot, or actually kill, then yes, I
would watch this show. But instead, it's "let's see who can climb to the
top of the mast fastest, and they'll get the biggest handful of
dublooooooons!"

I hate Mark Burnett. I hated him for Survivor*, and I hate him more now.

As the pirate with the steering wheel in his pants said, "It's driving me
nuts!"

*Yeah, the only survivor I want to see is the Survivor: North Dakota. They
drop them off in the winter and see if they can make it in -50 degree
temps. It'll never happen though... unless they can figure out how to get
the pretty people into revealing parkas.
