I have somehow managed to sprain my knee.I did not do anything out of the ordinary, just standing at work and it gave out.So I am wearing this awful "Immobilizer" and have to use crutches for a while.It hurts like a motherfucker and I cannot work until I go back for a check up.So I have been extremely bored.

Feeling better, and returning to work on Monday.I had to get involved with Workers Comp. and it has been a nightmare to say the least.
