alright, so I have been lazy. I'm not saying I haven''t been, but then since I deleted most of my friends list long ago, it not such a big deal. Maybe now that my roommate and I have rejoined civilization and got the internet again, I should get back to work on getting some of those people back. We shall see.
Sitting is not so comfortable when you bruise your tail bone. Who'd of thunk it. In Seattle of all places, I slip on some ice and bust my ass. Two days later, not one trace of snow. Yes, we had about a week and a half of snow, and I wait right till the end of things to slip on some ice. I get the most retarded injuries, and ones that always seem to affect my walking...bruised tailbone and bruised rib.
I'm doing research into the basis for my backpiece finally. It's been a year since I finished my sleeve, so I suppose it's time to start my next big piece, which is my backpiece. Wait, actually my next big piece is my chest, which is going to rock. They do have a common theme, along with my sleeve.
As some of you may or may not know, my sleevee is based on the julia fractal. My chest piece is going to be my twist on the whole traditional tattoo (ya know, twin sparrows or what have you) and will be twin mandlebrot fractals on each side of my chest. My backpiece is going to be based on the golden ratio.
The unifying theme here is math of course, which is funny because I suck at math and have a small mental capacity for it. But things such as fractals and the golden ratio are all insights in to nature and the way our world works. Everything in our world is based upon fractal geometry and the golden ratio; absolutely everything. It's amazing, and that's what fascinates me about math....even though when it comes to equations, theorums and so forth, I'm useless.
Ok, enough of that....time to go hunt for old friends list.
oh, and I'm really into rocking the new SCISSORFIGHT cd.
