to tired to change this post. this is basically what i wrote in my LJ, so sorry to those of you who can see both.

congrats goes out to the white sox. first world series win since WW1. amazing!
steph and i are spending all friday and saturday together. im looking forword to it, and i expect to get rather smashed. she already said she will already make the hangover breakfast. haha. rock. <3
my florida friends are just fine and dandy. tonight/tomarrow i'll post some pics from the hurricane they sent to my phone. its some cool stuff!
i saw nicole kidman recently along with a camera crew around the foggy bottom metro area. they are filming the movie "The Visitors" according to the Washington Post. seemed interesting. but was kinda in the way. haha, the post also went on to say that the metro authority told the movie crew that they needed to include a "ticket purchase" scene or else mention in some way that jumping the metro stys are a no-no. ah-haha!
i've been discovering other half asians EVERYWHERE. i find this new discovery amazing and awesome. quiet a few of the half asian croud are half asian/half irish too. i keep saying this. haha, the irish get it on with everyone!
im learning magic tricks. yup. been trying to do card tricks recently. those are fun and entertainning. however remembering the story that goes with the trick is the hard part. haha. so much psychology goes into it all. the art of misdirection. it really makes me smile. i preformed the floating trick for a 5 year old yesterday and he was all wide eyed and kept saying "HOW DID HE DO THAT!? momma! momma! how did he DO that?" i can levitate myself now too, however... thats a tricky one and its one of those tricks where you need the watchers to stay where they are. illusion rocks.
i was promised a TON of home made thai food next time i visit my friend Art's mother's house. and seriously.... im addicted. i already had some thai food for lunch that day and when i was on the metro - im sure i smelled like a thai resturant. haha. "ode de la thai"
the news makes me laugh. CNN just likened the florida gas shortage to "Road Warriors", and it brought images of cabbies battling with their cabs for the last remnents of the precious liquids.
i bought a while bunch of stuff for my house and it fills me with a sense of accomplishment. I bought it with MY money to stay in MY house. *breaths deep* ahhh... material objects fill me with a sense of pride! haha. so weird. and its weird to think in terms of "what matches with my bathroom?" *i ended up going for a green theme* (fit of laughter)

I totaly agree thi food of any ethnic food can be addictive, for me it's compleetly a mexican thing. dosn't mater what's on the menu as long as it's spicy and not fish.
