I was told about a game being played by friends of mine and by complete strangers, it's called "spot Hack" (except they don;t call me Hack because that is my SG secret identity).

Here's how they play: simply go about your business as you normally would; if in the course of your day you spot someone who appears to have stepped out of a time...

Yes, that was in fact the best that I have ever looked. However mere seconds after the picture was taken I reverted to looking like some sort of troll. What is a fellow to do?

By rode I mean, napped in the back seat of my room mates Volvo while he did battle with traffic and delivered a friend of ours to where she needed to be for a conference that she is in the states for. She is Kenyan.

The movies were Bedazzled (The Hurley/Fraser one), Office Space, and I threw in some Anime for background noise while I did some things around the apt. cleaning up the kitchen, etc... I was in the mood to rewatch things that I have seen many times and love, instead of exploring new things. The only new things I have watched of late were Starsky and Hutch and Anchorman.

And in closing let me say this. "GORDON'S ALIVE! ".

(It was that or "Flash, I love you, but we only have 14 hours to save the Earth!")

My DVD player is in the shop and I have a row of new noir dvds to watch; I've smoked my last cigar, and my best gal has gone out with her friends without me (I usually provide comic relief).

At least I have a half bottle of wine and a half bottle of brandy to entertain myself with. I'm reading a good book...

I've been away from SG for a long time cos things was happening. My mom, the old dear, has packed up the house I grew up in and moved into a tiny little apartment overlooking the Beer Store. Great view, ma! Now I have everything that was or may have been mine from the family homestead in my little fucking apartment.

Hey, on your comment in my journal:

I now exclusively smoke a fresh cut English blend cured with port... it's just the tiniest bit sweet, and smells so amazing... It's the first Tobacco I've ever smoked that even ardent anti-smokers have confessed that they love how it smells.

I get it at this awesome Humidor in town for like....6 bucks for a four-ounce bag. Burns really wet down here in all the humidity, but it's worth the hassle.
