Went to sleep at like 5:50 and then woke up at nine so maybe 3 hours and 10 minutes. I should also attempt to sleep earlier as its 11:37PM right now 😅 But yeah you is right, dealt with insomnia since maybe 2012 maybe 2011 but I guess it got worse 🖤And hey don't be, I mean it's just one of those things right.
