Grrr. I took my mom in to the hospital today. She had to have a procedure done. Nothing major. But she was a BITCH the whole time. Finally...once we got out of there...(surgery was two hours behind...so we had to wait a while), she decided to go through the drive thru.
Now, I have patiently been sitting with her for the past 5 hours. When we get to Wendy's I asked if she was going to get my dinner too (she cooks dinner for me every night...so I figured she would buy for me too.). NOPE.
So I sat with her for 5 hours today...through all of her bitching and moaning and she wouldn't even buy me a burger. If there's a next time...I'm going to "have to work!"
*SIGH*

It is bad enough to be taken for granted but not getting you anything to eat is downright rude. If it had been a friend doing the driving and waiting you can bet they would have got a "thank you" burger.
