The mussles in my neck and shoulders are killing me. I went to the Doc and he said the only thing that can be done to help the pain is going to physical therapy. I have been putting heat on my neck and shoulders at night and it helps but Ahhhh I am tired of the pain. I know I'm just boo hooing but I am going the bitch route and complaining.
