Wow, I can't believe I spent my entire morning at work surfing around SG. It's so nice and quiet around here today I didn't get interrupted once.

Looking forward to meeting a bunch of SG people on Saturday.

I guess I should go to lunch now, then maybe consider possibly doing some work when I get back.

Today I will turn our humble apartment into a Christmas wonderland. I am going to attempt some pictures tomorrow.
I have not been paying enough attention to my our new camera and it's handy features. Besides, I will probably be admitted soon and will not be able to take such artistic pictures in the hospital. I could try it would make for a nice setting. HAHA! I am sure gonna miss my mister when I am there.

The Charles Dicken's punch sounds yummy! I have not had a drink in many months. I may have to make an exception this holiday.

this morning i drank honeycomb tea, and although it smellt of candy and all, i am not a fan. it could be the lipton teabagness of the whole thing. however, yesterday's tea adventures were far superior. i drank a pot of loose pure ceylon earl grey in this great cup of just the right thickness porcelain and size. oh i love independent tea places.

oh this cake with the toy baked in sounds fantastic.

& not being able to sleep sounds hardcore and romantic - to those people who have never been through it.

I'm sorry that it's taken a little while to respond. In regards to ephedrine, it's funny that you mention it, because Elektra_Descends and I were just reminiscing over our younger years when we took ephedrine w/ alcohol or acid. We would take it with acid for a "poor man's ecstasy" sort of effect. I could not imagine it now, even taking ephedrine on it's own, because of the shakiness it gave me. Also not good for the heart, so be careful taking too many.

No, I'm not a conventional girl. I go to extremes. Now I'm embracing extreme sobriety, because I keep mulling over in my mind if I had a near-fatal alcohol dose. I hear different things. I don't really want to talk to the ER doctor again to find out.

I wish so much that I could be happy w/ two 6 oz. glasses of wine a day. That's what the experts recommend, but I always want the whole bottle. Paired with too much really good food.

Now, get cracking on those pictures, you sexy fucking librarian.

I know which song you speak of. I believe it is on Stolen and Contaminated. It is an answering machine message with one of Peter's friends leaving a message about his lover's suicide and he asks him what he thinks it woulld be like to jump off a cliff. I was looking for my copy but I cannot find it. Which is odd because they are all in a special case.
I will have to check out the book you mentioned. I have not read about Coil in about ten to fifteen years. I just keep my collection and add to it once in a while.
