So, yeah. I am really terrible about updating this thing and actually leaving journal entries of any substance.
I got a new job about a month ago and I actually do well at it. I am a loan officer at a fairly large financial institution. Nice change from working at a vet office. I get to work with awesome people AND I don't get peed or bled on. Ever. It rocks my socks. Only sad thing is that my BA in History and Humanities is still not really earning it's place on the wall. Oh well, at least I owe the government 15K for some good stories and better parties.
In celebration of having a nice, new job and actually earning something resembling "adult" money, I purchased myself some new music gear that I have been scrimping and saving for. I picked myself up a Fender Nashville Tele Deluxe and a G-DEC ( think 15w practice amp with some other goodies built in). I'm in wannabe rockstar heaven. I am especially pleased as I have only been back to playing music again for a month or so after a long hiatus. Some of you may know that last December I was officially diagnosed with aggressive rheumatoid arthritis. It made playing the guitar pretty painful for the joints on my hands. With medication and healthier living, everything seems to be doing fairly well and I can play without trouble again.
Got some fun questions for you.
1. Peanut Butter and Jelly or Peanut Butter and Honey?
2. Red or Blue?
3. Merry or Pippin?
