It's been a wild, wild, wild couple of weeks!

Just got back from a 24 trip to New York to see the premiere of Stephin Merritt's new musical based on the life and letters of Hans Christian Andersen, "My Life As A Fairy Tale" at Lincoln Center.
And now, this is the final week of the existence of the club I spin music at, ManRay. The building is being demolished to make way for condos. Tht's what we get for being between Harvard and MIT. The last 19 years I've been there have been a wonderful experience, and I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. ManRay is going to open up in a new location (and I will be there), so all is not lost. Just the building...all of the memories will live on. I'll be better able to put everything in perspective after this Saturday, 7/30, our last night open in our current location.

Yo! I'm free all day/evening Thursday, so I'm available to do some recording work whenever is convenient for you. I can also do Friday AM or Saturday after 7 or so. I'll give you a call tomorrow to make sure you got this.

Wish Mylf and I could have been there to wish the club a fonmd farewell, but between babysitter and job issues it was not in the cards.
