Today it rains, a probable sign that I need to stay indoors and work on music after a wonderful weekend spent in the company of sunshine and brilliant friends.
Spent Monday at the Big E...the New England Exposition, a kind of state fair for more than one state. Su and I met up with the always amazing Welntaod and alienprincess, and so-cool-it-hurts AmazonRed13 and her boyfriend. We went to the Twin Peaks-like circus, ate fried things, saw many frilly New England crafts, seafood and maple products, petted alpacas, smelled the livestock (the animals on display, not some of the other folks visiting the fair), ate fried things covered in powdered sugar, gently skirted the issue of riding on the rickety midway attractions run by possible ex-felons, came face to face with a light up glowing Jesus with spinny things, walked through miles of displays for useless items allegedly designed for "better living" but more likely to fall apart the moment you got them home, ate fried things filled with whipped cream, dodged the sun and had a really great time. There are pictures in my Pics folder. Take a peek!
Now I'm off to play with patch cables, new owners manuals, and hopefully make some new music.
Up, up and away...

Fall fairs are the best, I always look forward to travelling to nearby small towns to check out at least one every year.
I'm glad to hear you're still plugging away at the music, any chance of you posting sound bites of your work over the internet?
Thanks again for your support!
