1. Favorite band/artist?
the DAZZLING KILLMEN. It's ok if you've never heard of them, but do know, you fucking missed out.
2. Favorite song All time or Recent?
All time? I guess "New Rose" by the Damned. Recent? Probably "Hunger" by EUNIX
3. Favorite album?
"Thumb Days." The first and only full length LP by the Chicago band SHORTY.
4. First concert?
AC/DC back in 1985. I thought they were old when I saw them back then. They were OK.
5. Last concert you went to?
A little hidden show in St Louis. I don't know any of the bands names, but they were all good.
6. Favorite concert?
I saw ZENI GEVA, the DAZZLING KILLMEN and SHORTY at Okazy's Corral in Madison Wisconsin, some time around 1993 or 1994. One of the most powerful things I've ever seen. I thought the club was going to fly apart.
7. Who do you wish you could see live?
POISON IDEA back in the "Kings of Punk" Era, I guess.
8. What music did you grow up with?
I grew up in the 1970s. I did not like the music! I honestly started hating music very, very young. I was a teen in the 1980's and eventually found underground music and fell in love with the angry stuff. I heard Black Flag and was all "these guys feel the way I feel." HA HA!
9. How do you find new music?
Through trusted friends, trusted record labels, Bandcamp HA HA, and just plain searching for what I want. I still listen to maximrocknroll radio!
10. How do you listen to music?
Despite being know for the art I've made for bands, I listen to music digitally now. It's easier, I'm old and tired of moving a record collection around.
11. Any new albums you're looking forward to?
Whatever BIG BRAVE or BORIS is working on. I don't know.
12. Favorite movie soundtrack?
Superfly soundtrack! It's perfect. Otherwise, soundtracks are the last place you should be looking for music. If a band is on a soundtrack they are over with and dead!
13. Last one for fun do you like to sing when you listen to music?
I listen to a lot of non-english speaking bands, and bands that you can't understand what is being said, despite that, I will yell along with a band.
