Hey, this is how it went down.
So, I decide to wake up like early as frack yesterday morning to see my first roommate, Al Deezy, off. Cool. that means I'm up at like 4:30 a.m. I sleep for a bit, and see my second roommate, Big Cat, off around 8 a.m. I wait for an hour and leave for the airport at 9:00 a.m., thinking that I'll have more than plenty of time to make my flight at 12:55 p.m. Turns out that flight is about 2 hours late getting to Norfolk (the plane was coming from Chicago, and had to go around a massive thunderstorm). Funny part is, my plane leaving from D.C. to San Diego departs at like 2:45 p.m. Funny! So I get to D.C. where I get a new flight that leaves for San Diego at 6:30 p.m. Cool. No biggie. But wait, it gets better. I get on the plane, and as we taxi towards the line for the runway, that thunderstorm rolls in, and we wait 2 hours for it to pass. Outstanding. I get into San Diego around 10:45 p.m. pacific time. Funny thing is, my ride to San Clemente was waiting from 5:00 to 8:45 for me to get in. She left (she had friends she had to drop off) and told another friend of mine to come get me. He shows up (through some sort of warp-speed) around 11:30 p.m. We stop at Denny's in Carlsbad, and continue up to my parents' house in San Clemente, where I am writing this now.
And in a couple hours, I'm going to try to look at a car I want to buy today. Woot for me.
So now I'm in California for a few weeks. Bitches betta recognize. Wut.
Until next time, kids.
