New Tagline for John From Cincinnati
I finally watched John From Cincinnati, seeing if it would fill the as yet unfilled cool-melancholy void left long ago by 6 Feet Under. My reaction serves both as my review and a suggested tagline for the show: John From Cincinnati: It's confusing, but it's boring.
As for Entourage, I am glad they came big after their break, I have been wanting to give up on that show since last year, but I watch because it's easy breezy follow up to my Sunday night Beatsauce routine. It was good to see some depth finally -- although they STILL had to go to the old refrain... [jackass voice]: "wow, not bad for a couple of kids from queens, huh?" Disappointing end to what was potentially the best-ever episode of the show.
