Last year instead of making any resolutions I made a list of goals. I met all of those goals except one, that one being moving out of Michigan. I decided not to move (at least not yet) because I joined the band Ghosts of the Great Lakes and that was an awesome decision. Our first album "Death of the Party" comes out March 28th and you should come to Papa Pete's that night and get a copy. We've already played with some big national acts like In This Moment and Bobaflex, and are booked for shows with Taproot and Scott Weiland.
This year I have a new set of goals I would like to meet.
1. lose 20 lbs by March 28th for the record release show-I've been eating better, exercising more, and drinking a lot more water, if I keep this up it shouldn't be a problem.
2. Save up $2,000 and keep it saved-I don't want to dip into this money, I just want to have it for when I move, get a new car, or make any other big changes in my life, not for when I find new toys and silly stuff like that.
3. Pay off my credit cards-I don't have huge credit bills or anything worth worrying about like that, but it'd be nice to have one less bill to pay every month.
4. Fix all the little things with my car-It still runs good and gets good mileage, but it needs some touch ups and tweaks.
5. Go camping-Jess and I have been talking about camping for two years and just never seem to do it, but damn it we will this year.
That's all the ones I can think of at the moment, I'll add more if they come to mind.
